I don't know what the bad review was about. I had a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and nice and Ciara did an excellent job on my hair! The prices are great too. I don't have a bad thing to say.

They only charge a dollar per year for the child's age. My favorite stylist for my kids is Heather. She was young and wonderful and my kids loved her!
